1. Warping Find the number of yarns of yarn and ground yarn according to the pattern, and wind it in a large frame. |

2. Threading (refining) Strengthen the yarn and boil for about 2 hours with caustic soda water to remove impurities. |

3. Handwrapped We wrap the warp so as not to dye the dye according to the pattern. It is a skilled work. |

4. Indigo dye Dye it well after soaking it in water. Immediately dipping the Ainu glue from light color to dark color. |

5. Disintegration / Drying I will solve the coarse handedness. Thread color will appear. |

6. Slide in When dyeing other than thread color and dyeing is necessary, we will dye it manually. |

7. Drying Fix the color by steaming, then dry. |
